Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how HiveLuma ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information regarding your use of the HiveLuma platform, an AI visibility platform (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

As a B2B service provider, we collect information in the following ways:

  • Account Information: Name, business email address, job title, company name, and billing information via our authorized payment processors.
  • Customer Data: Data, text, and URLs uploaded or inputted by your organization to be processed by our infrastructure for AEO and GEO analysis.
  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and patterns of interaction with the Service.
  • AI Input/Output Data: We process the prompts, URLs, and queries you input into the platform to generate visibility and authority analytics across major Answer Engines.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the HiveLuma platform.
  • Generate AI-driven analytics, Authority Benchmarking, and AEO insights.
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription tiers and credit allowances.
  • Communicate with you regarding service updates, security alerts, and support.
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. The Self-Learning Data Flywheel & Aggregated Analytics

We employ a continuous improvement model for our Service. While we do not sell your personally identifiable information (PII) or raw confidential data to third parties, we do anonymize and aggregate Customer Data generated during your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, URL scan targets, targeted keywords, and AI-generated results and outputs. This anonymized, combined data is retained to train our proprietary scoring models, improve system analytics, and compile industry research reports. No PII or direct attribution to your specific user account is included in these aggregated datasets.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, LLM API providers).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of HiveLuma or our users.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of assets, or acquisition.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures—including two-factor authentication (2FA) and secure API key handling—designed to protect the security and integrity of your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, or country where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our platform. This data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
